His ability to use logic to see patterns helps Robert evaluate potential outcomes and formulate successful investment strategies. He is a guiding force behind BWDCS and its approach to invesments.

Robert has over 15 years' experience with high profile companies and high net worth individuals, including auditing real estate invesment and underwriting clients in Nevada and California with combined assets under management of $230 million. Robert worked with a Fortune 500 Company, where he managed a budget with assets in excess of $2 billion. He also served as CFO of a real estate investment group in Las Vegas and directed assets purchased at $250 million. Prior to forming BWDCS, Robert was Director of Finance at a leading international engineering firm with over 6,000 employees worldwide and annualized revenues of $870 million.

Robert has a Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He currently resides in Las Vegas with his lovely wife Citlalli and their three children.

We create value by combining our strengths in three primary areas of a project's life cycle:

Property Management

We combine our expertise and experience in onsite management with third party oversight to achieve the most flexibility and control in the day-to-day operations of a project. Keeping a certain level of control over some daily management decisions gives us an opportunity to face challenges more efficiently when those challenges emerge instead of giving complete autonomy to the manager at the property.

Full Accountability and Equity Partner Interaction

We treat our Equity Partners with respect and we recognize that without them we would not exist. For that reason, we place high priority on communication, including conducting quarterly meetings and providing written reports to our Equity Partners. We also go above and beyond our basic responsibilities as we interact with our Equity Partners whenever it is necessary. We make sure to answer every question. We frequently will meet face-to-face with our partners for coffee, lunch, and even to provide tours of potential properties during the due diligence or rehab phases of our acquisition process.

Maintaining Liquidity in the Project

To accomplish our goal of liquidity in a project and the collection of cash flows, we keep control of the real estate decision making in every step of the process: when to purchase, how to manage, and, also just as important, when to sell. We remain consistently engaged in the performance of the project as we evaluate all factors, including income and expenses, and any other factors that may affect liquidity. We make sure that when our assets achieve our desired targets we harvest our profits to avoid any pitfalls. Finally, we are continuously focused on researching and gaining a keen understanding of the markets where we invest.
